PROFILE

Dominic Walton holds an MBA from Warwick University along with a BA (Eng) from the University of British Columbia (in association with UCC) as well as a Diploma in English in English Language Teaching to Adults from the University of Cambridge. He was a WBS Scholar, this scholarship was given to him for “demonstrating academic … (and) professional excellence”.  He has been featured in Canadian Business Quarterly and won numerous awards for his marketing strategies including Top Choice Award, Consumer Choice Award, Study Travel Magazine Award and recognized by the Canadian Business Review Board for his company’s “high customer satisfaction, outstanding service and excellent business leadership”. He ran the highest Google rated private school in Canada for his sector. 

 

He specializes in international marketing for higher education and has run successful digital and off-line campaigns in over 20 countries.  He has travelled extensively (to over 50 countries) and enjoys the differences and lessons cultural experiences have to offer. Through understanding of other cultures, he has been able to successfully create international marketing strategy for country specific campaigns.

 

Dominic is known as a strong leader that is inclusive and supportive. He prides himself on fairness and a strong sense of equal opportunity.  He loves to be surrounded by a team that is from multiple backgrounds, beliefs and orientations: “The more diverse the team the better the outcome.” 

 

Dominic resides in Greater Vancouver with his family where you will find him going enjoying his children’s soccer games and other family activities. When not working and traveling he enjoys woodworking, gardening and collecting old bootleg LPs.
